Netflix keeps adding new TV shows and movies to its ever-growing library of Indian content. The streaming platform's roster of upcoming Indian originals includes multiple new titles featuring prominent Bollywood actors like Madhuri Dixit, Taapsee Pannu, R. Madhavan, and many more.

A teenage tourist disappears in a small Himalayan town and a local cop Kasturi (Tandon) must join hands with her replacement Angad, on the big-ticket case that digs up skeletons and revives a forgotten myth of a bloodthirsty, serial killing entity in the forest.

2. Decoupled

Starring R. Madhavan and Surveen Chawla, this upcoming Netflix Indian original is a comedy that seeks to reveal the true nature of people, India, and marriage. The plot of the series revolves around Arya Iyer, a fiction writer and a man who suffers from chronic objectivity and extreme clarity. He's divorced but has managed to convince his wife to stay with him to keep up appearances of a healthy marriage for their daughter.

3. Delhi Crime (season 2)

The first season of the true-crime series, Delhi Crime, was much revered not only in India but also internationally. The Emmy Award-winning show is headed back on Netflix for a second installment this year. After solving the case that shook the nation, IPS officer Vartika Chaturvedi (Shefali Shah) and her team are up for a new challenge. Will they help the public fight their fear?

4. Finding Anamika

This upcoming Netflix original is produced by Karan Johar and directed by Karishma Kohli and Bejoy Nambiar. The suspenseful family drama will feature Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Kapoor, and Manav Kaul, amongst others. Dixit will play global superstar, wife, and mom, who suddenly vanishes without a trace. As police and loved ones search for answers to her disappearance, her perfectly crafted facade is stripped away, revealing hidden truths and painful lies.

5. Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega (season 2)

Another returning Netflix original, Jamtara will jump back into the world of phishing. Bigger players enter Jamtara and politics tries to control phishing, but phishing ends up controlling politics. If you haven't seen the first season of the show, now would be a good time to catch up.

6. Kota Factory season 2

Kota Factory, the first black and white Indian original, revolves around Kota, its students, and its coaching industry. The show depicts this universe through the eyes of Vaibhav, a vulnerable teenager, and Jeetu Bhaiya, a modern-day Dronacharya. The show captures the melancholic life of Indian students who prepare for competitive exams.

7. Little Things (season 4)

One of the most adorable Netflix original Indian series, Little Things will soon return for a fourth season. Protagonists Dhruv and Kavya have been together for six years and season four will explore their new maturing love, growing pains, and the adventures that come with it.

8. Mai

Produced by Anushka Sharma's Clean Slate Films, the plot of this Netflix series follows a 47-year-old wife and mother who, after a personal tragedy, finds herself entangled in a web of white-collar crime and dirty politics. The show will cast Sakshi Tanwar, Wamiqa Gabbi, Vivek Mushran, and others.

9. Masaba Masaba (season 2)

It's a tough world, but Masaba and Neena Gupta are tougher. The mess is over, and this time the plan is world domination. Masaba goes in front of the camera, and Neena decides to go behind them. All the while dealing with new loves, old loves, and some impossible loves. Both women take their careers, image, friendships, and lovers, into their own hands and turn everything around.
